Sometimes we worry or hold on so much in our minds to something, someone a thing.... that out bodies follow suit... it become tight from holding on, figitty and unsettled just like we feel in our mind.

We can hold on to what ever it is, but it does not serve us! To hold on just binds us. If we let it go it will manifest into what it will be. let it go... be free...
